Use the first worksheet to map out how and when to use the recommended self care practices. The second sheet can be used to isolate priority self-care practices.
Work alone or in groups to discuss important elements of self care. Use the guidelines as a start point to create a self care plan, and think of other possible self care practices that may be applicable.
Reflect on the decisions and discussion made, and reconfirm a self care plan and practice. Follow these guidelines.
