The Resilience.org is a program from the Post Carbon Institute to support health policy makers and government in determining solutions for the world’s challenges. This article focuses on food systems outcomes and food policy issues. The Resilience.org explains four food impacts as a result of COVID-19 which are identified as: personal behaviour, collective behaviours, institutional changes and infrastructures and public policies.
